I will put my spirit in you and you will live

Ezekiel 37:14

Over the course of the last few years, the world has weighed us down, overwhelmed many of us, and left us feeling lifeless and hopeless. Yet, scripture promises again and again that God is able to breath new life into us so that we can have hope, have a purpose, and be a light to the world around us as we put our trust in Him.

We desire that this conference will be a fresh reminder that the power of the Holy Spirit breathes new life in us and restores our hope and purpose. We invite you to this two-day, overnight retreat that will bring a fresh renewal of mind and soul as we embrace God's spirit in us so that we can be a light to the world around us.

Grant enjoys being with people, playing and watching sports, and laughing. He has a very distinct and recognizable laugh that's been known to scare people and even make babies cry.

Saturday Morning

Mark Brewer

PASTOR AT H2O CHURCH, Kent State

Coming into college as a Christian, Mark knew he needed to find a community right away. Some brave people at H2O didn’t allow his red mohawk to intimidate them and they invited him to fill out a survey.  He quickly fell in love with the community, the opportunities to serve, and all of the people who were serious about following Christ in college.

Mark lives with his wife Stephanie and their two children in Kent, Ohio. They moved there in 2008 as part of a church plant team. He works part-time with H2O Kent while working full time as an intervention specialist at a local high school. He likes running, shackets, and homemade pickles.
